English wine

Still Bacchus and sparkling wine from the Cotswolds’ own vineyards sit happily alongside our grand marque champagnes — Hundred Hills and Woodchester Valley have earned their place on the shelf.

And from the stills: Cotswolds Distillery’s single malt, their cream liqueur and summer cup — all distilled a valley away.

English Wine · Ledbury, Herefordshire

Herefordshire wine, 750 years in the making

1276 Wines grows and makes sparkling, still and ice wines at its vineyard and winery near Ledbury, on land with a vine-growing history that stretches back to 1276. It’s a short drive from Teddington Hands, and one of the English producers we’re proudest to have on the shelf.

The range has picked up International Wine Challenge medals, and it covers everything from a Blanc de Blancs for a celebration to a crisp Bacchus for a Tuesday supper.

Pair It

Match it with the counter

A bottle from the cellar, a dry-aged rib-eye from the butchery — or Severn & Wye smoked salmon and a chilled Picpoul. The best pairings happen when it’s all under one roof.
