Our Farms · Knightwick & Gretton Fields

Farming is in our DNA

Teddington’s grew out of a farming family who have worked the land around here for decades. The beef in our butchery is reared on the family’s own farms at Knightwick in Worcestershire and Gretton Fields near Cheltenham, a few miles from the shop. That is where the story starts, and it is why we know exactly where our food comes from.

What We Stand For

Real food.
Real provenance.

Three things every shelf at Teddington’s has to answer to. Not a slogan, a way of buying.

01 · Real Food

Made properly, every day

Bread baked each morning from flour milled in the Cotswolds. Native cheeses that hold their own against the continent. Pies, quiches and sausage rolls from our own kitchen. Fruit and veg that changes with the season, because that is when it tastes right.

02 · Provenance

We know the field it came from

Our beef is sold as Knightwick Prime Beef, and we can tell you exactly where it comes from because it starts on our own farms. Native breeds grazed on our pastures, dry-aged in our Himalayan salt-lined room, then cut by hand at the counter. No middlemen, no mystery.

03 · Heritage

Farming first. Shop second.

Teddington’s grew out of a farming family who have worked this land for decades. The shop, the butchery, the café and the wine cellar exist to sell what the land produces, and The Longhorn Bar & Grill across the yard cooks it. One family, one herd, one address.
